And yes, I do think there are players with muliple accounts on the Turtles so I filed a complaint. That's my right as a member of this site.

Just like it's your right to be a bad owner.

Wow...traded me to this team...

http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=2756

Not only does Fulgin screw me, he screws an another owner who thinks he's getting a level 27 player fully equiped and boosting.

WRONG!

Really?

And all these years the Redskins have carried millions of dollars on their books for cutting players early before their contract expire.

Do you follow the NFL at all? Teams cut veterans and take salary cap hits all the time. 200K is nothing here. My level 32 CB has 2 sets of equipment. How much has that owner invested? That owner also has back to back championship titles. So he knows how to treat players and knows that bonus SHOULD be paid by the team.

He doesnt consider them a "gift" and he sure doesnt make players feel as if he did them a favor. Giving out a bonus isn't a favor. It's something you BETTER do as an owner if you want to win.

Period. End of Story.

Cutting players early would be teams owners decision. Why are you so hostile? Just have fun and play the game.

The game has already lost most of it's fun factor for me, which is why I wouldn't care if he sat my player for 2 full seasons. That's not the point.

The entire issue is over with the trade. It's done. This new owner has been told my plans for the next 2 seasons and the ball is now in his court. It would be in his best interest to release me, but if he keeps me that's fine too. I was on a bad team for my first 2 seasons, I can handle being on another. I'm a big boi!

That said, I just wanted to make people aware of Fulgins tactics here. I've been playing this game since early in S1 and have spent a lot of money on it..same with a lot of people. Because of that I expect to be treated in a fair fashion.

I was told my K would not be needed and I was to look for a trade. GREAT OPTIONS I WAS HANDED THERE!!!! What if no team I wanted to be traded to needed a kicker? Then this punk gets to pick the team? What did I do to deserve that to my player?

I signed a long-term contract with him...that's what. So to those players still on the Sea Turtles, watch your back.

I hear what your saying. You spoke on how the real Nfl works in your early post. In the NFL, teams sometimes deal players with little or no feedback from the player. Now I think its a good practice to attempt to get some feedback from the player if possible on destination but if you are under a long contract and can't work things out with your owner/team, he has the right to try to improve his team with a trade. Advice to you is to not sign long contracts and add maybe a no trade clause.

Funny....I just noticed he traded me to a team in Africa AA1....the same league that the Marvins just won the Championship in...which makes my 5th championship won with a player on mine.

5 titles for TesT
0 titles for Fulgin

Great move buddy!

Believe me, I wont be signing another contract for longer than 1 year now.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

hmmm you say no teams you want to get traded to need you, but then what does becoming a FA change? Advertise as if you are a FA that just needs to be traded for min. cash and it is the same as getting released. Not too hard is it?

That's what I don't get. You said no teams you wanted to play for needed a kicker, so you wanted to be released. How does being released suddenly make those teams need a kicker? What's the difference to the player between being released and being given the choice to be traded to whichever team you want? It just comes off as someone trying to be difficult for no worthwhile reason.

Because he doesn't deserve to get anything in return for my services.

It's simple if you think about it.

Here are the facts...

--- Fulgin had a K being build for the Turtles back when he traded for me in season 3. I was never told.

--- At the end of S3, I was given a contract for 1 season (season 4). I was still not told of this incoming K.

--- When I reached level 24 in season 4, I asked him for the money for upgrades. He needed to send me that money in 2 installments. The first contract went though S5. The second contract to complete the bonus extended my player through S6. Still nothing about a new K.

I think that offer was made a few days before the playoffs...maybe a week ago. I just boosted him to level 27.

Now had I not asked for the bonus money, my contract expires day 40 in season 4 and I go along my merry way. Stupid me, I asked for the bonus hoping I could make my player a little better for the playoffs.

Yet I should lay down to him and go look for a trade now?

fuck that

That's pretty childish, it didn't change your situation at all really whether you were traded or released, so you have no reason to whine about it here.
