I guess it's the idea that winning an argument against me feels better than against anyone else since it so rarely happens, and people constantly delude themselves into thinking they can do it.

I think what folks admire about you most is your humility.

You remind me of some family members who believe:

1. Arguments are won and lost
2. The person who shouts the loudest is the winner

She, another girl, and my wife have been best friends since they were tikes. I've been with my wife for 6 years, so she has become a good friend of mine as well.

Hypothetical car question:

In the event your car is semi-overtaken by water (Im smart enough to stay on road I can see) do you floor it to keep gas moving out the tailpipe, stopping the water coming in, do you leave off the gas to avoid anything being sucked in the front end, or do you straight turn off the car for whatever reason?

More details have come out...

Apparently, she's been on anxiety and depression medication and only her parents new about it. She basically just lied about everything, but we're not sure that even she knows the truth. Highway surveillance caught her driving to visit her boyfriend like she was supposed to, then suddenly, she just turned around and went to Houston - essentially going about 2 1/2 hours out of her way compared to if she had just went straight to Houston.

She seemed pretty detached and clueless. She didn't know where she was and she had no clue how long she was missing. She thought she was only gone for less than a day.

Clearly, a psychotic episode.

Also, we found out that she smoked $140 worth of weed in a 24-hour span before she headed out. So, that very well could have done it.

Just read another terrible restaurant review that went something like this:

1 out of 5 Stars

We love this place and have been coming here for ages. We went last night and our server was so rude. Not again! We will never be back!

So, what I got from that is apparently the place seems to be pretty fantastic if you love the place and have been going for years. They must be pretty damn consistent too. Then, one night you had a bad server and swore off the entire restaurant forever and publicly gave it 1 star.

"Derp! We've visited this place 100 times and the first 99 times it was 5-star calliber. The last time, we had a bad server. Overall, I think we'll average it out to 1 out of 5 stars! duuuurrrrpppppppp"

Somebody should tie that person to a railroad track.

Or, we should at least be able to leave comments on people's reviews.

Weed is not only harmless, it is a great benefit to humanity that should be made legal everywhere because of its amazing medicinal benefits. Clearly you are a DEA plant here to spread misinformation.

That doesn't sound like a psychotic episode that sounds like a manic episode. Impulsive, losing track of time, poor decision making, lying, etc are all fairly typical for mania.
