I would certainly do what I could. I am probably on this site more hours than anyone than you and I may even surpass that on a given day.

The only thing I would expect in return is to allow the personality of certain forums to develop naturally. No one is less enamored of the Drama Club shtick than I but at the end of the day it's harmless. I only speak to this because the SA forums have been my home and I know them. The same can be said about the personalities of other forums I am sure.

This brouhaha started because of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, and I would not be willing to do that. It's up to you.



Forget about making this guy a Mod....make him an ADMIN!

Ok, I just got done going through the recent ban list and reducing the 7 dayers to 1-3 days depending on what happened and what was said, etc. 1 day = expires at rollover tonight. There were a few folks who felt the need to start more than 20 threads over and over today about this, with lots of profanity - these are not getting the 1 day treatment. Also, please note that I might have missed somebody in there amongst the real trolls who deserve what they got, but I think I found everybody related to this.

Satch, I'm willing to make you a mod, and we've considered it before because you've been helpful etc, but I was under the impression somebody asked you about it (another mod or something) and you said you weren't interested. Guess I had the wrong info. If you want to step forward and mod the SA forum, I'm all for it! We do have specific rules, though, that have to be followed, like not harassing people or using racial slurs, over the top swearing, etc. We are attempting to move away from the wild-west mentality. I'm not against people having fun and trash talking each other, but I don't like seeing people being called "fags" for example.
