Jay is working hard on learning to coordinate. This is his first go around so he is going to take a lot of lumps. I don't like to discourage new guys by telling them they are bad, especially if you're already the best in the game.
I agree, the notion that "Good Teams" are only those who win championships every season and/or #1 ladder trophies does nothing good for this game.
