Went from an interesting playoff race to being all over in the space of a day.
Alpha: Cincinnati took a major step to the division title, and with only cupcakes left should hold it comfortably. Phoenix, barring an epic collapse, will take the wild card. Hartford, barring an epic upset, will go winless. They will be the first team in GLB Senior League history to do so.
Beta: Saskatoon wrapped up the division title by stomping Houston. (C'MON MAN got himself a 3rd PR TD). Jacksonville had a chance, but missed an extra point in the final quarter, allowing Louisville to hit a last second field goal to win the game by 1. Leroy Kelly did just enough to stay atop the rushing charts.
Gamma: Eugene took care of business against the Naps, but did not get the break they needed when Washington ran roughshod on the Lindy Hoppers. With the Naps loss, Washington clinched the division title.
The last two weeks are basically formalities, as the field is set. Get ready for the playoffs!
