I had the DC title . . . but the owner gave me freedom to recruit and sign my own defenders and handle defensive contracts, so he made me assistant GM. So again, maybe you should think a little deeper or maybe get more information before dismissing others.

In fact, on every team I am on, all named coaches, coordinators and GM's are active in various aspects on the team, so I'm not getting the LOL-gm thing in general. Maybe my 6-7 teams are the exception.

I guess what I am saying is that you should be a lot slower to dismiss/attack/mock others. When you take the time to actually do a little listening/research, you actually come off pretty articulate and informed. You previews are proof of that, and there have been a few other times when I've said to myself "did Jampy just say that?" But its so often lost in the 95% of flippant dismissals. I get that's your "thing" and you really don't care, but it makes you wrong as often as you are right.

In fact, I don't actually set the gameplans, tactics, or depth charts of any of the teams where I'm only the DC. I just provided advice and snarkiness on those teams.
