What about.....

a level 32 booster that is 125 days old with 32,000 XP
vs.
a level 32 non-booster that is 350 days old with 32,000 XP

They would both end up the same age? With the same boosts remaining?

That could cause problems. What am I missing?

The level 32 non-booster's age will be converted based on the XP they would have had if they had boosted.

Thanks for clearing that up Catch. That sounds a lot more reasonable. When you say XP they should have earned, I assume you're also taking into account a boost from 1-4? Are you also assuming all pre-lvl 30 boosts at the end of the season?

I'm going to have to agree with txag2k for the block on this one.

Catch is going by days I believe not level.

Therefore if i understand this, the exp would not convert the same.

OK need to reclarify this one more time. We solely look at the age (sorry if I'm being confusing, was a long night).

125 in old = approximately 75 in new.
350 in old = approximately 205 in new.

I'll clear that up. Sorry for the confusion.

I think I'm getting it.... So they first use the age to decide what level they SHOULD be if they boosted.... then use that "should-be" age to convert based on the "should-be" XP.... That makes sense now. I knew they had it all figured out.

It's based on potential EX assuming the player had boosted his entire career, not actual XP. The 350-day old dot would have around 65000 XP.

If I'm understanding this correctly, basically 340 days old converts to 201 days old the players will still be lvl 45 and 60 it is just converting their age.

Well needed change.

A few comments :

1. You just took 15% out of players modifiers (by the AEQ) change due to sim imbalance. Now bringing +12% back through the back door as custom equipment sound weird to me.

2. Can we get an official training bar value at each attribute level and training option ? Save Rage the effort to try and figure it out (again).

3. Same with an official virtual player builder.

I really appreciate the work done here and the gesture to please the customer's demands.

However, I don't think it's fast enough. IMO we should be at maximum capability after only 5 seasons, then have 5 seasons of plateau. During the plateau time charge flex to keep from declining, but no boosting.

I like you're thinking

You should lower it even more, down to say 201 days instead of 281, and then just extend the extended plateau to 5 seasons instead of only 3 to make up for those 80 days.

Is there any chance for something like this?

TBD. I clarified that. Probably won't be full +12.

Yeah agreed. Unless them reducing the AEQ for Season 24 was in preparation for this addition?
