You guys traded level 2-4 players to a league that averages players that have a level of 11-14, lmao. Basically what you did was make our league less competitive which kind of sucks. They need to put a trade cap on players that can transfer between two teams or even between three teams because I know people will just work around it by trading to one team first and then to another. This kind of stuff is really lame.

I dont think there were any level 2's and 4's. That's a poor assumtption. Level 7 RB, Level 10 WR, Level 11 C. When he says "backups" he doesn't mean the bottom of the barrell players, he just means players who are backups. A level 7 RB sitting behind a Level 14 RB, a Level 10 WR sitting behind Levels 13 and 12... Stuff like that.

as for punishment, i think bort should release every person on the roster and replace them with all CPU players. furthermore he should restrict all signing and training for say 5 days. that should give plenty of time to guys on the team that desire to sign else where. i suspect there are folks on that team that want off but haven't spoken up. everyone wants to win, but most would like to keep their integrity...

anyway, good luck in the league guys, and keep beating them!!!

If you dont remember we can fire up this post again and bring more attention to it.

"Moderators" of this forum are doing the same thing in the "Pro" leagues... while i think its cowardly, there won't be any enforcement, in my estimation, of failing to play in the spirit of the game.

When "mods" are as weak as the Cougars, what do you do?

the only thing i will say is that as far as i have read its ok to have farm teams. Actaully, when they get more teams then people are buying they are going to open it up for people to buy more then 1 team again. as far as i can tell its ok to do, and it is an advantage to have a team that you can get more players playing time on... and if they keep saying its ok and i'm allowed to get another team i'll probabaly do so.

Again though I think there is a crossing of the streams here. You have people who are obviously against most farm teams just on general principle, which is something i do NOT agree with. And then those who just think the way Compton is going about it is wrong.


No more than two teams, same owner, different regions, lower feeding upper, I am totally okay with.

Different owners, same regions, upper feeding lower - totally different story. Bzzzzzzt.

I feel the need to add too, that the devs could totally eliminate this drama by having each team have a practice squad or an integrated "junior league" that doesnt actually play a real game against opponents but still gains some experience.

Hattrick has one for example and it works beautifully.
