Las Spezia Wolverines has an empty roster, if any casual AAA team wants a swap to go up to Pro just ask.
It would be a shame to have a non-competitive team in Pro,should have been demoted but it didn't happen.

I thought the River Rats were supposed to move up. Can they decline?

Anyhow, I have a bunch of decline dots, like maybe a third of the roster I could put on Las Spezia's roster to help fill it. Does anyone else want to help out if no team wants to move up??

Looks like the best option...maybe the switch will get processed before season roll over

I think Arditi is swapping out of Beta with Las Spezia...and I'm assuming GRRR will promote and take Las Spezia's spot. Should even it out a little bit
