I ran them in some scrims in preseason. They weren't good - but could have been because my LB's weren't built for them

Outside Rush Coverage - It's interesting, so far I like it, just not sure how much. I'll know more when my Vet team gets more opportunities to show it. This was a recent example from today:
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/186798/480374
Open Field Blocking Interaction - Haven't really had the opponents yet for me to have an opinion.
Man and Zone Coverage changes - So far I like it. I do notice a small difference, it doesn't always trigger, or happen, or whatever we're supposed to call it. But on occasion the defenders will be in the right position for bracket coverage and stay in that position around the guy they're guarding.
ELO/Ladder Reset -
New Plays -
Been using a few a little in scrims, and so far they seem to be working well. Doesn't seem to be broken, although I've only tried a few. Haven't brought them out in real games yet, but that's probably going to change soon.

This is true. Although I wish at least one of the variants sent 4 guys at the QB instead of 3. The Double Lurk that sends 5 is really tempting, gonna have to try that out in a scrim or something. I wonder if it'd get burnt by trips outside pitch, or if it is somehow designed to stop it?

If HaHa plays Whales in ladder we can find out. I'd rather not though. I hate your defense

But them being in man coverage side makes it hard to use in conjunction with man base defenses.

We're both 5-0 right now, you know pretty soon it's gonna happen.

Quarter C1 Double Lurk won't be good no matter what your LB is built like. The MLB is incredibly useless in every sense because he just runs into a weak middle 5th. Unless someone is pumping you with curl routes at WR3 its useless. And even then you end up leaving WR1, 2, and the TE in single coverage from any formation because of how the coverages are set up.
The rest of the plays are pretty awesome imo.

Sorry but this has been bothering me for quite some time... But can someone tell me what "ELO" is and what it does?
Right now this is all that comes to mind when it is mentioned:

ELO is a rating system that GLB uses here. You can read about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system

A player's Elo rating is represented by a number which increases or decreases based upon the outcome of games between rated players. After every game, the winning player takes points from the losing one. The difference between the ratings of the winner and loser determines the total number of points gained or lost after a game. In a series of games between a high-rated player and a low-rated player, the high-rated player is expected to score more wins. If the high-rated player wins, then only a few rating points will be taken from the low-rated player. However, if the lower rated player scores an upset win, many rating points will be transferred. The lower rated player will also gain a few points from the higher rated player in the event of a draw. This means that this rating system is self-correcting. A player whose rating is too low should, in the long run, do better than the rating system predicts, and thus gain rating points until the rating reflects their true playing strength.

Basically ELO is more than just win loss, it gives you more or less points based on the strength of your opponent. K value is the range your ELO can increase or decrease after a game. Let's say K value is 10. No idea what it actually is, but these examples are generalizations.
Beating a super weak team will improve your ELO by the lower end of the K range, so it might only increase 1 point.
Beating an evenly matched team will increase your ELO in the middle of the K range, so let's say that'd be worth 5 points. Likewise losing to them would also drop your ELO 5 points.
Beating a really tough team with a far better record than you will increase your ELO by the max of the K range, so the full 10 points. However losing to them would be expected, so your ELO would only drop 1 point if you lost to them.
This is the basic gist of ELO and K value.
