Well they started the season 8-8, so they probably weren't in range of the top teams.

We never started the season 8-8. We didn't even hit 8-8 this season. You sure your looking at the correct team... O_o

Fine, 9-7. The point is the same.

Looks like there must have been some kind of depth chart mishap for Animal Kingdom. I can't imagine that they intended for their blocking RB to get 22 carries ( for -77 yards!) while their superstar RB got only 1 carry.

The point isn't the same. And honestly the ladder thing baffles me. If we are clearly destroying the teams we pull at a lower ranking (and a few who are of a higher rank), why not give us harder teams. And what is also confusing, is that we are playing lower ranked team, yet still going up in rankings, in both GLB2 and GLB2Scout.

They ran mostly QB Rollouts and pitches out of trips formation based on the D we played the game before against them, the D we had in place for the game before was the wrong D without changes in place for AK, this game we ran the correct D, but didn't expect to see the trips formation ran down our throat, so got lucky the DC had decent plays plugged in for that. So the blocking RB was on the field to block on the mostly used QB Rollouts from that formation, it would seem after watching the entire game.

Sure, I get that you'd like to have the blocking RB in on the QB runs but the way that game played out (I watched it too) that wasn't how it happened (at least QB runs + blocking RB in lineup didn't happen as much as needed to happen to make it worthwhile). Their S* RB was in on virtually every goalline play, which were predominately QB runs to the weak or strong side while the blocking FB got the ball 22 times on carries out of non-goalline formations. They did have some QB runs out of non-goalline formations, where the blocking RB makes some sense, but the cost (based on giving the blocking RB the ball so much) was way too high. Your RDE had a field day though, if he had showboat the moral/energy hit would have been even more impressive.

This would be correct. Wrong playbook got selected. Together we have 2 teams with like 30 playbooks, it was bound to happen eventually. Our defense showed up and held them to the lowest score in all 3 games, but running our blocking HB didnt help us any lol. Good game anyway, congrats on the win Saints, hope yall win the whole thing after that. We will get it next season!

That shit SUCKS during the playoffs. I had to drink quite a bit to forget about it when I loaded the wrong DC for a WCW championship game.

Ouch, I know that hurt for a championship game. At least this was rookie. We just need to spring clean our playbook clutter and hope it never happens again.
