I thought Gerr swore up and down before the season that TIA was going to be on auto-pilot and he didn't care if they won or lost.

TIA's offense is on auto-pilot, meaning no scouting. But that doesn't mean I wont try to improve TIA's offense in general, including fixing it when it calls too many of one play or package. I enjoy working on the offensive side of the ball, especially when I don't have to scout.

On the defensive side, I am experimenting with new and/or different things with TIA's defense. If something works well, I add it to my Bears defense. If something doesn't work well, I remove it, probably after a loss, but don't care about those on this team.

You not scouting is a big crock

The only way you knew to run goalline plays 40 times was to scout. Go sell that to the silver clubs, we here in Gold ain't buying it.

Honestly, I didn't scout you or most teams this season. I only scouted MG a little as I don't like RK and really wanted to win that one, which I did...

Don't get me wrong though, I did want to call the new Goal Line plays fairly often as many teams have not adjusted their defenses, but I never scouted your team or any team other than MG to check to see if they had made the adjustments.

I also did not intend to call those plays that often. You have played my offenses in past seasons, have I ever been one to lay on one play that heavy? My offenses have always been about balance and I never like to call any play more than 10 times a game.

In the end, I can tell you what I did and what mistakes I made, but it's your call to believe me or not. One thing those flame wars with RK & SM is teaching me is to just say your piece and then let it go. Can't have everyone believe what you say, even if it is the truth or has good intentions behind it...
