Do I want to train 2 atts or 3? Hey! I've got enough BTs to unlock stamina, then I could train 4. Oops, I don't have enough training points for that. So maybe I could enhance speed to the third level. Wait a minute, if I train on light for 3 more days I'll have enough BTs for that piece of AEQ I want. Or, I could just use them all for sps, that would give me enough to cap agility.

No UI, no matter how sophisticated, is going to make those decisions for you. Good luck figuring it out yourself.

This system is a byzantine trade-off between spending BTs for training, aeq, and skill points and is at least 2 orders of magnitude more complicated than the old system, which was complicated enough. And it would be nice if the admins didn't insult our intelligence by saying it's really not that complicated.

Admins, you overthought this and went high concept in an inpenetrable way...please simplify the whole thing - you could have made some smart adjustments that solved existing problems.

Instead...you took the games problems, overthought them and came up with something mindnumbing, complicated, unintuitive and time-consuming.

You'll save more face by starting over and following the KISS formula than you will in plowing ahead.

Every player will now be given one set of EQ. You will be able to upgrade this EQ for free every 8 levels. You will not be able to sell this equipment. This is to prevent players from being able to rapidly change their builds over night

HEY CATCH AND BORT, NEWSFLASH...We have to change our builds overnight because you guys keep changing everything. You change the effect of morale and stamina, nerf this buff this...and we adjust. Instead of being able to adjust, what people are going to do now when the sim gets altered and turns away from their build RETIREMENT BUTTON

That is a horrible change and helps no one, doesn't help us and probably hurt you. If you don't want us to have to adjust our builds stop making game adjustments on the fly every 15 days.

I have a question:

% of what?

Does +60% mean that I get 60% of a points for every train, or does it mean that I get the regular normal training %(like we have now) plus 60% of that percentage?

That wasn't very clear. I'll try again.

I have a stat at 48 that is giving me 12% for every normal train (in the current system).

If I train that stat on intense (in the new system) will it yeild 19.2%?

Alot of the worries that people have could have been explained in more detail with better/more examples...This would also cut down on the number of people discouraged IMO

Exactly, even those putting through the changes don't know what's going on. Catch keeps saying, "I'll ask bort", lol.

Nope, it would yield 12%.

Intense proposed = normal current.

Yea, I'll talk with Bort - might have to increase the cost. 150 might be too cheap. Either that or only refund 1/2 the bonus tokens if you sell it back.

So this is still a work in progress then?

Using your example, you could substitute like so:

--intense = +12%
--hard workout = +9% +1 bonus token
--medium workout = +6% + 2 bonus tokens
--light workout = +3% + 3 bonus tokens

SA Basic = skill tree items 1-3
SA Adv = skill tree 4-5
any SA inc extra SA = any non skill tree SA including your extra Archetype SA

I think....

and I think 19.2 is also correct, from my reading....
