Yes all dots for the league will be made this offseason.Not just for the draft.
Players will play out 1 full season before entering the league with teams or through the draft.
It gives teams 1 season's worth of dot building when scouting players to draft if the voting stays the same.

I will create two HBs for the reset of the ILOF as free agents. I won't be able to contribute a team for the league however. Is there an overload of Skill positions or is HB an ok idea? May create more, other positions as well but would really like to get a pair of HBs in the draft. WIll be Combo backs, quad training to greatness.
