Because the roster was stuck and we couldn't make any moves.

GG. I got a hot start on both sides of the ball but your offense got it going or my D players just couldn't sustain that level of play throughout. You closed that gap up going into about the middle of the 4th when we found a second wind or had just one more stop to clinch it up.

Good to see this league still going at it, all though the teams are getting low now

Stuck?

I don't get that really. Want to overload with S* then you should still have to make it work without bending the rules. Team stacking should have a penalty imo. If you can just put in a request to circumvent the rules then whats the point in having the rules?

Just drop players to low contracts and take the chem hit. That's how it should be handled

I couldn't drop any players or put anyone on low contracts. Everyone had high contracts and we had no rookie players. In fact we actually had several more olinemen and another fb. That is the point. We could have played the entire season with all high contracts and 35 players if that is how you wanted it. I guess I wouldn't have complained. Then you could have cried all season about that.

Oh yeah the not being able to offer a lower contract thing is stupid. But ive never had it tell me I couldn't offer a guy on a high contract a medium one to sign. Not sure what you would even have to do wrong to get where you couldn't. Only thing I can think of is that you are so far over the cap with your 36 that even signing a low contract he doesn't fit. With you saying you have guys on high already that isn't the case. I believe at that point you could offer a guy who is on high a low contract and fit just fine. What I suspect is you only want to lower the contracts of the guy you plan to cut and replace. All I can say to that is should have offered all medium contracts at the end of last year.

But the only crying I see around here is the crying about not fitting another guy under a badly managed cap issue. That is what it is

And no you couldn't play the season with 35 on high contracts. That is against the rules of the game. The rules are play with at least 36 who fit under the cap. Clearly you messed that up. Or like I said tried to circumvent the rule. Youre acting like it was a bug not letting you change the contracts. Did you try and mass send new contracts that oved everyone where they needed at once so it wouldn't deny you cause one guy going to low wasn't going to even be enough? Point is there should always be a way unless you break it really badly over the cap and weren't even close

When you are over the cap by over a million and have only 35 players only bort can fix the contracts. I had 36 fwiw with cows te but he didn't resign in time. Not even mass contracts work. I knew going into this season I was gonna have to drop a couple guys for rookies in order to fit the cap but the entire off season went by with no help. Wasn't until day 1 they did anything. So we are where we are now. Shouldn't be any complications moving forward unless the rookie rule changes.

Seems like a lot of work. How many times you have to swap rookies in? Just the once or every year? You must have a lot of S*s lol

Very good game Rebels.....I actually stopped watching at half assuming we lost then looked at box score and didn't believe we came back. I had to re-watch the game :O)
