Tbh, I don't think someone who is a part of a bunch of BBB projects is one to judge talent.
I've been involved in Pro projects before...Canberra Strike Wona pro championship and two conference championships while I was a scout there...and my record with those AA and BBB projects this season is 26-5 (84% winning percentage)...Since your record as a gm this season is 35-19 (68.6% winning percentage)...I think you're in no position to judge talent at coordinating...or lack thereof...
