It's funny, but once again, you totally miss the point. I've tried to make it a few times, and I think PierreThomas did an even better job.
This isn't about TH. Oh, at some point it may be, but now, it's you coming out to one of your most influential customers, saying you're sorry, giving a timeframe to investigate how this could have come to this point, commit to fixing, follow-through, and also asking Satch what else it will take to keep one of your most valued customers.
This isn't rocket science. Putting in a threat to ban people or whatever over TH takes away. It shows we still miss the point. It's about Satch. That's all.
If you need to take action with an associate, then do that offline. Get the customer happy.
Oh, and it will also impact all of those who are influenced by him.
I don't know if you have any venture funding. With my first start-up, I wish I did. I may not have to work now if I had the venture backing and the infused business leadership skills that avoid catastrophes like this.

Let Satch mod the SA Pro. The bottom line is, we need to have local mods. Mods that are familiar with the environment of their leagues' forums.
