They don't moderate the forums anymore but yeah if we wanted to do no/no it would all be based on a gentleman's agreement.

My San Jose scrubs team finished 3rd in regular leagues vs teams that were higher level and we were no/no for that team. You can still have fun. Maybe we can convince rabbits to come back if everyone agrees.

Rabbits could return, if we could all agree to play by the same rules, and we have enough teams to have some decent competition.

The NO/NO rule has to be upheld by all and a minimum of 6 teams in the league would be awesome.

IMO the no/no is the savior for PW. Over the many seasons I have seen the overall interest drop but every time we have a surge in hew teams. We lose the no/no's when teams boost at playoff time.

Little vicious cycle.

New surge of teams
- New teams mostly no/no enter Gold
- Teams have a good season and try to learn. Have playoff hope
- Teams boost for playoffs and no/no gets blasted
- no/no owners quit
- With teams leaving we lose the boosters because there's not enough teams
- PW dies (It was so close to death until you guys showed up)

So a gentlemen's agreement works for me. That other post (bort) is 15 years old and PW was a different world back then.

I would be all for that, always wanted to play peewee for basically free but it was nearly impossible in the past to do that and have a chance.
How about the 4 free players, do you boost those? everyone has them they are free and it adds a little strategy as to what players to use them on.
With some basic agreed on ground rules it would be the best way to play, it would also need to be up front in the forum as new owners, returning owners otherwise have no idea that they should play that way.

And there will sometimes be someone who comes in and just wants to boost all 55, there is no way to stop that from happening and it is perfectly fair if they do as the game is designed to support that way of playing, just would make the challenge harder for all who agreed to no/no, boosted teams with bad AIs can still be beaten by unboosted teams with good ais and gameplanning anyway.

problem with free players is 1. not everyone has the same number of free players and 2. for people like me who has multiple agents, we would have more combined free players still making it unfair.

I will be back next season but I won't boost or use Custom. I hope others do the same but since we can't conspire or force it without risk of losing pee wee all together, I will just hope others do the same.

If somebody boosts next season, then I will be done with pee wee for good.

edit to add - Yes I know I was one of those who boosted but 1. I didn't know this was no/no preferred given past memory and 2. We still lost so better built dots still win somegtimes

I love the idea of the gentlemen's agreement and will come back with a team.

As for the free players, then I am all against boosting them too. Some agents has 3 and some 4 free players and teams with several agents could possible have a full team of free players, so I am aginst it. Just my 2 cents.

Do ANY of you realize how difficult it is to locate 55 tiny coffins, tiny ROUND coffins to be exact, to hold the corpses of my team after they get destroyed today?
Or how challenging it is to write teeny tiny eulogies on each coffin?
It ain't no fun, let me tell ya!!!!

If we are lucky enough to get by your defense we can just shove them all in one big coffin with the team name, it will save you all the teeny writing! Your team is looking very solid via the scouting tool, so i expect it will be a close one. Best of luck to all your little ones!

The wife suggested I just string them like beads. Might do that. Took me hours to get the little bastages caught and put back in the roster. They were running around my desktop like mad, trying to not get caught and have to face being stink bait for the savage Fishes!
Thank God for “Magnify”, I couldn’t tell one dot from another. Dayton Tipton was trying to hide out with the safeties, said he didn’t wanna get hit and needed space to RUN like hell!
Needless to say, upper management has decided to NOT renew the worthless little turd’s contract at the end of the season.

My QB's were horrible, waiting too late to throw and missing open receivers.
And I knew I should have set up something for your power back, but ran out of time.

Impressive season even if you didn't win the whole thing.

Congrats to fish for the championship. Very solid team

Next season I hope to perform better. I followed some bad advice AND I tried a new training method that was an epic fail. The method I used last year was the correct one. I also think I put too many points in attributes that ended up wasted.

Does anyone want to post how much stamina and confidence your dots had this season?

My aprox stamina was about 30 and confidence 20
