I'll sort everything out and include the new players and the 2 new teams entering the draft soon as i get home from work....Players are still allowed to enter the draft until midnight tonight EST....I'll also make exceptions for any teams that would like to enter late but the hard cutoff deadline is tonight at midnight EST.

Good team owners will have the sense whether to draft those players or not, imo if I was drafting players I'd be contacting them ahead of time letting them know I am considering drafting them and if they are boosting...since you don't have a team in this draft and are not drafting, it's really not a concern you would have to worry about though.
