bingo.

GLB has and has always had a huge upside. Developers just made a lot of mistakes along the way, many that I do not even want to get into. Football is HUGE. Football people want anything and everything to do with it for the most part. It could have been great imo, possibly still can, but the company has no concept of how to run a business. They only know how to develop or halfass develop games.

In all fairness to the GLB side of things, GLB2 is pushed at us from all directions from the WGG staff. Their answer is always that there is GLB2. I just dont see that being even remotely the case from this side. I have scanned through the forums and have yet to see anyone say that was not having a good experience be told to go check out GLB.

There are actually a number of suggestions asking for more advanced tactics where people have been directed towards GLB1.

My guess would be a mix of both.

Would you guys (talking to both ends of the spectrum) play a GLB game that had 2's player building but Classics in depth coordination? Or at least something close to it.

Both. Generally when someone suggests something that is a big part of GLB1 they are directed that way. I know there was at least one guy I seen that even went over there and was asking questions in FAQ over there. Think he even popped into my OC forum.

I know. I also know they won't ever do it. So I try not to dwell. But I only know of a few people who would want this. So I'm kinda wanting to gauge overall interest

I am yet to try to build a player on GLB2 so I can not answer that truthfully.
I am a GLB homer.

I probably still wouldn't coordinate, but if the dots I made could be used in either system I'd probably make more dots (financially willing)

financially it has not and will not ever be an issue for me. I have spent thousands on GLB and have just recently decided that without some effort from WGG that I will just ride out my flex and not make anymore purchases.

Ive spent so much cash on flex in GLB1.... and have so much left over. Its the only reason why Im here. If I didnt have that flex, I wouldnt be playing the game.

So Madcow --- you're like 5 games into GLB2 right?

What are your thoughts?

I mean it took a while before I cared to look at the differences. I mistakenly assumed GLB2 was GLB with techmo graphics. Didnt realize just how different it was. I mean its not bad, I just know alot less about it. Like I dont know how much flex I get back at the end of a dots life. I assume its less than GLB1 so they can still make money with cheaper dot cost and smaller roster sizes.

It seems like the dots building isnt the priority, it is the team building that important. Its all about how you built your team and how you are using them. Styles make games.

I jsut wish there were more GLB guys from my network here. I more miss the people and the forums than I do any aspect of the game itself

How you build your dots is very important. They need to be built for a specific scheme.

We still have room for you in the RF MadCow. Boomy is on his annual trip to France to connect with his lover Jaxon Voom.
