I don't think screens will ever be the focal point of an offense but they can become an effective portion of an offense.This narrows it down.
2WR bubble screens dont suck. 3WR/4WR/5WR bubble screens probably still suck because nobody will block the guy covering WR3, and he defaults to cover WR1 when WR3 goes to block mode.
Also, you can do some HB screens too against Cover 1 Robber because the LB tasked with covering the FB will default to covering WR1 when the FB comes out in lead-blocker mode. This leaves the hapless strongside LB trying to cover a backside HB screen.
Oh, and in general, since its all run blocking based anyhow, pass blocking Offensive line teams probably need not bother.
Still, I'll try it out, since I'm willing to do anything to force a defense to do anything other than simply set back and play 8 dudes in coverage against 3-4 receivers due to rattled.
