I don't agree with this Pee Wee > or = to WL.... with the number of no boost , no custom, or CPU teams the last few seasons, Pee Wee competition is down. Especially in the playoffs when you can have a Level 10 vs Level 13 team... Yes, yes, I know some level 10 teams beat Level 13 teams.. but an elite Pee Wee team will not lose to a Level 10 team...... also, I've seen teams coast and go 15-1 in the regular season in Pee Wee Gold as far back as season 16.... doubtful that could happen in the World League.
The no boost / custom movement was a good one though.. we did get our rentable EQ...

This is like comparing apples to oranges, peewee requires more coordinators than builds, world league has a balance of coordination and builds.

I think people would take peewee more seriously if some of the peewee folks didn't challenge others to buy a peewee team and compete in these leagues. I think it's lulzy that a few here think someone that doesn't give a shit about peewees should have to buy a team to prove something to someone they have most likely never heard of nor care to know.

That, and the gold/silver/copper thing ruined peewee for me. My first peewee team was in a league with a number of friends and hated rivals. The new league format uprooted us all and put us in different leagues. That is when I lost interest in peewees. To me, that is the one advantage peewee had over the other types of leagues. You could stay in the same league with the same teams as long as you wanted without getting scattered.

Still can, just buy teams in the same silver league. Only way someone will leave is if/when they win the league. Even if that happens, those guys can just buy a new team in that same league and join in again

Yeah, but interest in peewee has dropped dramatically since then. It really pissed me off when the gold - copper was introduced. Peewee was a neat concept back in the day but it seems like some wanted to make it too much like the other leagues.

The peewee tourneys > gold/silver/copper.


I have the same belief of the WL. I liked the Pro tourney better than the WL. WL just left a void that trickled down the leagues.
