What the owners need to do:

Step One-
Send me a PM with the name of the team they own. In the event of a team with multiple owners, only one set of votes will count from that team. If both an owner and a co-owner send votes, the team vote will default to the owner's picks.

RULE: You must vote for players ONLY on other teams.

Sample Vote Format:

QB- PLAYER NAME- TEAM NAME- CONFERENCE

I am not splitting the teams into conferences, I just want this to tally how many players come from each conference. Players with the most votes at the position will win. Voting will be allowed until Day 34 (two days after the season ends). I understand that this is a small window, but it provides ample time from the end of the season for owners to study the players and get votes in. It also gives us 5 days to banter before the official end of the season.

If you wish to vote earlier, more power to you. Some guys might have some epic last games.

Also, i'm going to allow you to add 3 votes for players on your team. they do not take away from you votes for other teams' players (i.e. if you want to vote for a QB on your team, you're still to vote for 2 others on other teams, etc). You can't repeat votes for your players (i.e. send 3 votes all to one player). This is to allow teams that voted to have a chance to have a guy win since they are at a disadvantage.

Will certainly get more chances to prove his abilities in future seasons. Not many teams throw in rookie ball.
