Stop changing so much stuff!!!...When you change 1 thing it effects many others and in negative ways!

All these changes are like, 1 step forward and 5 steps back!

are you suggesting that we should intentionally take steps in the wrong direction?

No matter what I do you're always mad and I... I can't change your mind. I know it's like trying to turn around on a one way street. I can't give you what you want and it's killing me.

I can't find where this was posted but if you sell back your AEQ under the system, do you get any BT refund?

Under new system? Yea, you'd get any BT's invested back. So if you had upgraded something 8 times, you'd get 192 back. Don't sell two at once though lol.

Would probably be hard to code, I'll have to see if Bort thinks he can do it.

not at all- just reuse the code bort is using to introduce regular equipment next season......think about it.

Ja. It's not priority. Some players (not my players) may need it at the end of season 16 and further off season. So you have time to discuss it.

Some agents thought they'll need to adjust the EQs when their players' level up or when sim changes (I redefined BP's question above). Your suggestion is to purchase a full set of 2nd piece of EQ. But I have the same question with Warlock (with 150 bonus tokens we can change builds from game to game), And you replied "I'll talk with Bort - might have to increase the cost." So I said "why not just give players a chance to reset their EQs when it comes to the off season". That's the context.

A few more words on this issue: In the past, I would recruit some average players and help them to adjust their build and EQs. Under the new EQ system, if I find some players mess up their standard EQs, I'll walk away soon. The newbie agents without well GLB knowledge will get punished under this new system. You have to give them some freedom to test the error.

Are you serious?...You really dont understand?...I'll be glad to explain it to you if you like but I don't think you will look very smart...oh wait....

So then it wouldn't matter if we had to sell back AE now, or after the change to the new system?

Is this correct?

Take a level 8 piece.

Sell back now for 64 Bonus Tokens. 64x3 = 192

Sell back under NEW system 192 Bonus Tokens. 8x24 = 192

This would let players take more then the limit of 255 since they could sell there AE after, just not all at once.

I would assume that is correct. AEQ that is carried forward if sold should be at the equivalent value in the new system, not the old one.

Nice.

The only problem here is that is lets players get around taking 255(85x3) tokens with them, since they can just sell their AE after. This isn't really an exploit since the only reason we have 255 as a limit is due to bit space.

Good workaround for people that didn't think they could sell back AE after. (which might of only been me)

When it comes out on test server, let's make sure we test it to make sure it works correctly.

I don't really see how it makes it more time consuming.

Most days will still be spent logging on and hitting the train button, then forgetting about it. You aren't going to have to type in a dozen captchas and decipher ancient hieroglyphics. Just log on and train.

About once a week (or less often at higher levels), you spend your BT that you have been saving on something.

Oh sure. Just log on and hit "train". But first, stop and think a moment.

Do I want to train 2 atts or 3? Hey! I've got enough BTs to unlock stamina, then I could train 4. Oops, I don't have enough training points for that. So maybe I could enhance speed to the third level. Wait a minute, if I train on light for 3 more days I'll have enough BTs for that piece of AEQ I want. Or, I could just use them all for sps, that would give me enough to cap agility.

No UI, no matter how sophisticated, is going to make those decisions for you. Good luck figuring it out yourself.

This system is a byzantine trade-off between spending BTs for training, aeq, and skill points and is at least 2 orders of magnitude more complicated than the old system, which was complicated enough. And it would be nice if the admins didn't insult our intelligence by saying it's really not that complicated.
