Pro teams wouldn't reach/stay at WL caliber over a long period of time because of the huge recruiting advantage that you gain from being in the WL. They would be outside shots to land any of the very top dots.

True, I figure that some of their dots would get bored of just plowing over the league repeatedly so they'd leave too. You'd have to get a lot of support for that little "protest" of sorts.

Yea. The difference between the "good" builds that Pro teams gets and the "elite" builds that the top 5 WL teams are getting via free agency or networks is important
