Good job Oceania Pro. Congrats. I know I talked my smack and will eat crow now. You can thank the point differential to my South American team because neither my Offensive Coordinator nor Defensive Coordinator prepared for our match at all. I was too busy trying to actually run a business in real life and don't generally interfere with their game plans anyways. No excuses though as we got our butts handed to us.

You did get your butts handed to you, but the above is an excuse, or at least an attempt at one.

We'll just try to ensure the point differential doesn't matter tomorrow evening

No worries drachir - it added to the fun. Good luck with the rest of your season and we'll hopefully see you in the cup again next year.

OK, listen up scrubs because David Amazing has something to say.

For some reason everyone is congratulating each other in this league for defeating South America Pro. Now, David Amazing might have missed something here, but isn't there one more game to play? It seems to David Amazing that this tournament is far from over. As a matter of fact, it's pretty obvious to everybody that Oceania is still the underdog when it comes to winning this tournament.

You see, OPL, just in case you might have forgotten, your precious MTD still has to face the Tijuana Donkies tonight. The good news for you guys is that MTD doesn't have to beat the Donkies for you to win this tournament. The bad news... and oh, what bad news it is... is that MTD has to make sure that their margin of loss is less than 115 points.

115 points! Do you seriously think you can pull that off, MTD? Sure, you may say that if you look at the scouting bars, everything is pretty equal. David Amazing will give you that much. So what's the deciding factor in games like this one? The answer is... gameplanning. It's so obvious that MTD has never heard of the term. MTD has three good players. Two of them are riding the pine at backup WR and OT. Their best player is playing #2 CB. If you looked up the term "Bad Gameplanning" in the dictionary, you'd have a picture of the Season 5 version of MTD on there.

So David Amazing predicts a score of 204-7. But don't feel bad, Oceania. You can come to our victory party after the game.

And THAT... is what's going through David Amazing's mind.

You can't make excuses and then say "no excuses". Even if you did gameplan, what are you looking at? A 50 point loss if you're lucky?

LOL - So our three best players are the ones that bailed on Tijuana to join Melbourne this offseason? (Anyone else following the trend of S.A. PRO players leaving for O-PRO?)

We are horrible at gameplanning, so you guys really shouldn't have to prepare all that much. Or maybe you do, since our horrible gameplanning has beaten Tijuana twice by a combined score of 78-21.

Good luck tonight.

You're right. 204-7. That's your 7. Besides, he knows all of Rick Smudger's moves. BTW did you know that Rick Smudger is the best QB in all of GLB? There was a movement in Tijuana to rename the team to Rick Smudger and Friends.
