Ronin have definitely gotten better. Just from their mass scrims, I used to whallop them in Sophomore, beat them handily in Seasoned, and now the games are going either way.

That plus we don't really have any game planning going on in the last few games. Rob's lost any interest in coaching which doesn't make things any easier.

Yep. This is one reason why I only manage one team.

Is he not doing O coordinator for Hall of Fame in rookie? He quit coordinating on both sides of the ball?

He's still OC of HoF, to my knowledge. OC'ing takes a lot less time than DC'ing does.

a lot less time. Rob. is a guy that will only do it if he can put full effort into the gameplans. he doesnt want to half ass them.

OC is just adjust a small amount here and there. a really good DC for important games damn near makes an entire new tacitc and playbook. or they adjust a few playbooks every single game.

I definitely feel if I had to deal with more than one team I would get burned out. Hopefully Rob gets hungry again and focuses all of his prowess into maybe 1-2 teams that can be managed. Sad that he quit right before our match though.

It was more of a slow quit. He didn't game plan for the sperm whales (I threw together something at the last second just to fill the void). He's been talking about being burned out since last season. It's just come to a head at this point.

was just a joke. been too long since I got to pick on mysterio.

Salty destroys Virgins. Salty deserved to win for sure, but I can't help but feel like that first half was an anomaly given how we played in the second.
