How was passing nefed

-Defensive players have improved reactions when facing an incoming pass, so trailing defenders are same old same old.
-Zone defenders should behave differently when dropping into under zones, unclear how this affects things though.

Does seem to me that counters are incredibly strong again. Maybe not on par with early GLB2 days but it'll be tough to stop counters regardless of gameplan

Seems like you have to be even more careful about run blitzes. PORN's C1 CB Fire against weakside counters got torn up.

Ah so it's a defensive change that should affect the passing.

Yup. So an indirect nerf by buffing the defense.

To be fair, I dont think we'll get 4 turnovers against PORN every time...

Nonsense, I think the only logical conclusions based around the Virgins going undefeated in scrims is that running is OP, Virgins go 32-0, they're the new #1 team in our tier, and somehow become #1 global as well.

(I'm exaggerating a little, just excited)

Looks like the Full Metal Alchemist has his work cut out for him stopping the run this season.

He was able to completely take over this game vs. Omaha

12 tackles 14 assists 7 TFl and a FF.

Too bad he couldn't hold the virgins down in their scrims

Now just make trailing DBs have less effective KL scores.
Greatly increase the effect of Double Coverage on CiT/nearby defender rolls.
Increase the passing power required to have a good quality on passes longer than 15 yards, include a feature where low powered passes float short and increase defender awareness and better positioning especially when trailing.
Give a slight hands bonus for receptions within 5 yards of the LOS, double catching power of HBs on screen plays.
Increase the effect of CiT skill rolls on Single Coverage, Improve WR cut ability based on Route Technique, slightly increase the power of route elusiveness. Lead receiving targets on shallow crossing routes based on pass accuracy and awareness rolls.
Slightly increase defender interception ability on inaccurate throws.
Increase the Hands requirement for poor quality passes, increase the deflect ability on poor quality throws.

Also, make it so Whales complete 70% of their passes.
I'm out before people start throwing tomatoes at me

They ran weak enough to hit some holes. We hardly ran weak at all. You held them about just as well on the strong side.

However, with the speed and strength of Run Blocking of your OL you should dominate, I say atleast 90% of your games from the Offensive side of the ball. Watching the Scrimmage against PORN i dont see how any decent team in Journeyman will be able to hang with your team. I think teams in Pro and Vet may have a hard time defending you guys as well.

Its a New Era of Running. I guess if you wait long enough the trend will come back.

I found it funny they did better against the generic run D compared to our Base defense. I like how 4.3 yards per carry is considered holding someone on here (5.8 against INHS)

I think you're overreacting a little bit there

Gonna throw in a run D package for No Name vs Omaha - just to see how the changes are affecting the run game.
