What Tdiddy doesn't get though, if they would have just closed those gaps he would still be playing Logzilla to start the season and if would lose that game he would lose more ELO in that format than he will in this one. Also his point of there only being 2 long standing teams left in Vet should pretty much point out how broken the last system was. You shouldn't be awarded because you won some games in a different season, since everyone keeps trying to use the BCS system as an example. Preseason rankings was the biggest complaint and flaw with the BCS, GLB2 took that part out of the equation and everyone starts on equal footing.

Hopefully the couple people who don't like the new system realize that under the old format it was going to be a race of Madison Bulldogs and Djibouti Assassins (4x League #1). Now with the new format you will have teams like Doinitin Djibouti (4 x Ladder #1)(7x League #1) and Run "Bad" GLB (4x League #1) (4x Ladder #3) competing for that top spot as well.
I kind of like this --- it's like we're all just walking around with our wieners exposed.

No where does it state seasonal, though many 'reached' to believe that. As I have gotten older it is amazing on how far some people go to 'read between the lines' to match their agenda. Not calling anyone out, just stating that it's amazing to me in this current age we live in, that it has become so simple to make assumptions rather than finding facts.
