Miami put up a good fight. They just needed one lucky score near the end.

Yes, which could have happened at any point since all those QB rushes are boom or bust. I'm glad their aren't many missed tackles in rookie.

Wasnt even close for erkner. Just like last season, passing is too dominant here

wow you got slaughtered!

great defense by bsb - I'm glad myself to see a rookie QB running 55 times in one game leading to .8 ypc and 2 fumbles. I'd say that was your problem more-so than their passing. you live by the sword...you die by the sword

Yea, the less than 100 yards of offense had nothing to do with it.

The QB Rollout Strong side was brutal that game. Rob had a great game plan in place.

Not hard to stop a predictable offense.

wait - so are you saying Rob and BSB like totally changed things up that game because they had no faith in the defense they had been running?

Just the standard rock, paper, scissors match when it comes to the run game. It can blow up and be ridiculous but if the right defensive Gameplan is in place and builds are right then specific things can be shut down but this also typically leaves you vulnerable for other runs. Inside, outside weak or outside strong... Rob just had the perfect Gameplan in place for this one and our defense was never really on the field for long tiring drives thank goodness!

Think you're underselling yourself here - was a great plan and a well-deserved win by BSB. Obviously in hindsight Erkner should have probably done something different but that's not how the game went and there's no point in worrying about hypotheticals.

If I could change my picture then change my name to Coach_Dean then maybe this could be a more interesting conversation. Then maybe I could oversell some things.

This would also require me to disappear after a couple of seasons and screw the agents on BSB so I just don't see myself going through with it lol.

Doesn't help that you were way too predictable on certain formations.
