Hardly.
#1 - The posters on the official forums usually represent an tiny minority of a game's entire playbase. This was true even when I worked on Terra: Battle for the Outlands and we only had about 200 players of whom maybe a dozen or so would regular post and engage in discussions. Scale that up to something like WoW, and I'd bet the active forum posters represent less than one one-hundredth of a percent of the American playerbase, never mind the internation part.
#2 - Player bases here, just like everywhere including outside of games, tend to polarize pretty quickly. I can give you bunches and bunches of really boring text books that I got stuck with during my graduate work that go into detail why if you're truly bored.
#3 - I'm pretty sure Corndog doesn't believe GLB2 is anywhere near fixed. The fact that two teams combined for 1400 yards passing in a game is kinda a hard thing to ignore.

FYP somewhat. Making incremental changes and seeing results (from payer-base not your own over-worked PC!) would be much more effective than what has happened. IMO as always.

Yeah, I guess I could since it is all code changes this time.
Last time couldn't have been scrim only because it changed the play definition in the database for every QB rollout.

If it's on the scrim server, I'd rather just not post the actual updates until they are finalized and go into the game. Would make opinions less biased.
