This may be the most derailed thread I've ever seen. lol.

Fwiw, my dad could kick all of your dads' asses. At the same time. While sleeping.

With your mom.

I take it all back. It was just brought to my attention that Cleveland was ranked #1 in something:

http://www.forbes.com/2010/02/11/americas-most-miserable-cities-business-beltway-miserable-cities.html

Lol, and this isn't some blogger's list, this is from FORBES! O hai Cleveland! lol, and this was BEFORE Lebron took a dump on your chest and left town. Hmm, isn't that called a CLEVELAND STEAMER? Wonder why...

But don't feel bad, there are 3 other Ohio cities listed in the top 20. That's right, 20% of the top 20 most miserable cities to live in in the entire country are in Ohio.

I do like your state photo however: http://worst-city.com/Cleveland-Ohio-urban-decay-100-50-20-10-worst-american-places-to-live.htm

"Talk about your all-time backfires".

O off-season, you do tickle me so!

Right, I'm salaried, and the salary plan around here (fancy word for "raises") pretty much sucks ballsack the last two years, thus...yea, capped wages for now.

And frankly, if I wanted to really climb the ladder, it would take a lot more of my time than I waste on here, it would take away time I have at home, which I'm not willing to give up just for a bigger paycheck. I'm not exactly coasting here right now, but there's limits to how much hustle I'll put in my job when the bigwigs are basically giving the big ol' hammer to raises and promotions.

All that said, but here I am at 3:30 at the freakin' morning, working on call. Naturally, this gives me more free time to read GLB forums.

Hey I live in OC right now too...grew up in South LA county/North OC. Haven't been to Seattle though. I love the summers down here except this past week has been way too hot.

Grew up in where? Orange?

Long beach mostly. Went to college in Irvine and I'm living around Newport right now. Well my address is Newport but it's pretty much in Irvine.

I live in the OC currently also over by the Spectrum. I used to live on the Irvine/Newport border as well.

Lots of OC connections on GLB. Why hasn't someone made an "Orange County _____" team yet?

As for Sports management, don't have because I am going to do what I love while you have some boring job you hate.

Yea but I am not doing International Business, I am doing Business Management with Sports Management Minor then getting a Law degree. After that, my #1 option is working in a NFL Front Office, #2 is becoming an agent and #3 is becoming a civil lawyer. I already had an internship with the Jaguars(during the Football season) and plan to get another one next summer.(couldn't this summer because I was doing a summer semester)

ball boy =/= internship

Having seen some of the internships around my office, I'm going to have to disagree.
