It should be. Call it the Iceman Rule - "people with level 32 players as their highest level guy shouldn't be trolling/spamming up WPL leagues unless they have a player or GM a team here".

There should be a limit of 1 post per month if you aren't affiliated with a team in the league you are posting in. Otherwise there is no point in having league forums. Might as well just have everyone post in the general forum, right?
