2 - when someone no longer wants to play the game, but they have unused flex, they give their password to someone they have played the game with to make use of the flex rather than have it go to waste - I seem to remember a comment by Bort/DD/Catch or someone that if flex had been purchased on the account, it was less of an infraction than multi's created under version 1 listed above - the "multi's" had purchased lots of flex and the game creator had gotten their money out of their playing the game
I was asked by "some-one" to mind their account whilst they went off backpacking pre reset. They intended to come back and wanted the team theyd owned since early days to still be an item. The reset happened and neither the team or owner evercame back
When the reset came and bort replaced with flex I had close to 1 mill in flex a sad reflection on my priorities as in RL Im reduced to working part time at $12 / hr. I co-rd on average about 16 teams O and D and simply have crap all over the place . Ive had bugs and/or interference by sometimes having GMs on board to help or guide them so use that account to store and/or work out stuff
I dont need the flex but it gives me the space to try experimental builds and plays etc.For fun as I used to like that build thingy that I cant work anymore !!
So I guess yes Ima multi although i feel i dont have time or the character tp make it a game winning type dealio. But being able to help out other peeps teams imo does not do the Game a dis-service although if I just ran 1 or 2 teams I could get to a higher level have some sort of life outside of GLB and not spend hours on end tagging and setting tactics
But I do believe that its not cheating and if thought otherwise then have no problem in whatever was decided. by the boss
Im posting this because it may impact others and I feel Ive put into this game more than Ive taken out and Im pretty relaxed about playing the game on a level field and mainly for the benefit of others.....Quo Vs ATKM today is an average game for me ...i coorded 2 defenses 1 offense and 1 ST but where I play myself I dont use that to make a conscious effort to make my team beat a friends because I have the opportunity to do so etc
So not all multis are there to gain an advantage and most are the reason the game has survived some dodgy moments !!!
Hopefully you guys and the boss see it that way but if that isnt the case then I guess what will be will be .... Que sera sera etc !!!

It’s nothing personal against any of you and these types accounts are the reason the game is going right now. It’s how our group came back as well due to one account having over 100k flex to burn to relearn everything.
I consider multi’s to be my 2nd account that has 4 free players on it. And my third account that I just made that comes with 2 free players.
Found it very interesting when I just made a 3rd account that it said, “ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON STRICTLY ENFORCED”
None of this matters anyway, just the hypocrisy of it all gets tiring.

Or maybe the social media accounts that are there would work too! There's a Facebook and Twitter (that's what I will always call it, X reminds me of Degeneration X from WWF (it's still that not WWE))! Those combined with an email to signed on accounts from GLB at the end of every season or close to it could bring people back! Many have come back and stayed, while just as many could have come and gone, but users coming back is a good thing especially if they stay around to play!

No one questions your integrity zz. But if we think simply tracking/rejecting multis is hard, try applying an integrity test to every agent and their multi accounts instead. Not everyone's built like you, unfortunately. This is why simple rules have to be made/enforced.

Time is a flat circle. We can discuss morality and blame zz as a cheater face until he quits and GLB has no more coordinators if we want. But talking about what admins should do is like yelling into a black hole at this point.

Let's say hypothetically bort wrote in the terms and conditions tomorrow that running zone D plays with no man2man is not allowed or your account may be banned. Then he walked away and never made any attempt to reinforce or follow-up on this, nor did it disable 100% zone plays in the DPC.
Fast forward 1 year. Nearly every team at least sometimes runs a 100% zone play which breaks T+C with zero backlash. The other guys some around and say "you guys are cheaters, you all break the T+C'.
In this stupid half baked example I gave, are those people doing 100% zone plays cheaters? Is doing what everyone else is doing and admins take zero attempts to stop, actually immoral?

That isnt your box of Mac and cheese, but I think calling that stealing as opposed to looting wouldn't make sense at that point in my 2nd crappy example.

Also to add if someone else bought flex on the account then gave it to you, is it that different from someone else buying a video game then giving it to you? Is it immoral for you to play that gifted video game? What if terms + conditions from the company says that you aren't allowed to transfer the video game to others?

I already know the truth of what you said regarding an email blast and even the truth about using either of those social medias because it has been spoken about several times before and since I've been back to no avail. Just disheartening how the player base pleads for something like this that might help the game, but we have to make the best of what we have for how long we have it, I guess.
As for multis, they're a part of the game that won't be changing at any point moving forward. Now I do believe the original sentiment about multis was to prevent people from making several accounts to use the free players while most these days are accounts where passwords have been handed out as users left or a protection should something happen to said user like ZZ mentioned earlier
