Hi guys, looks like i'll be headed back into the office shortly and so i won't have much time to check in here. Win/lose/draw, whatever the outcome is this season I'm going to let my team go CPU at the end at least for 1 glb season while i try and get back used to wagecuck/office life. I am glad I got to experience this season with you all, it's been great so far. Takes me back to the first few seasons where every league was FULL. Anyway. Best of luck ROS.

do the rest of us a favor and get a head start on that... go cpu before the playoffs

good luck moving forward...thanks for the write ups.

am i looking at this right............ the hokies can avoid demotion with a huge win over the mayors, but the mayors are in the driver seat? The fire are safe with that tie..

is the promotion/ demotion still a thing?

be weird with no FGC in gold

edit, now that i looked at what argo posted earlier i think i misunderstood how it worked... they would have to win by 150 plus..,. i think

How many teams would demote? I don't see Silver promoting unless it's gonna let me have 2 gold teams

in November of 2020, i asked DD about promotions.. and it was 2 up and 2 down..... but with the lack of teams... there may not have been a need in a few of the recent seasons.

you can own more than 1 gold team.

I'm surprised they don't have a "do not promote" option

It'd be cool if both leagues were filled. It'd be so much more competitive. It's crazy that in Silver there is literally only 1 other team with a full roster. (I mainly had 2 teams to practice building 2 different ways and see which was the better option)

The only way now is to own a silver team one season at a time. Buy it for one season. Let it go cpu at seasons end. Then just buy it right back for the next season.

The only downside to that, is that it won't keep the pretty Trophy on the profile page.

True. But it will always live on in your personal profile.

Oh, and congrats on clinching a playoff spot. Now I can without guilt get revenge for the earlier loss

*****WEEK SIXTEEN PREVIEW*****

Games of the week:

The only two games with playoff implications means we get two games of the week this year.

VT Hokies vs. Corrupt Mayors
Fire King Casino Odds: Mayors -10
The Mayors can make the playoffs with a win and a Brownz loss, meaning the score and the tiebreak is what should be top of mind here for the Mayors. A big win - and no points against - would go a long way in keeping the tiebreak advantage.

Cleveland Brownz vs. The Roman Legion
Fire King Casino Odds: Rome -3
No doubt about it, the only way the Brownz guarantee a playoff spot is with a win here. A loss would need to be something like 7-0 or 3-0 and then hope the Hokies score 35+ points on the Mayors. Who knows. Win and their in, though so that's the primary goal.

Best of the Rest:

Valhalla Odin's Sacrifice vs. philly Meme Lords
Fire King Casino Odds: VOS -10
Expecting a cagey affair with neither side really giving up much. After all, they'll likely be playing each other in round one.

EagleFang Karate vs. Bulldawg Nation
Fire King Casino Odds: EagleFang -7
Another cagey affair expected for the same reason. A preview of the first round of the playoffs in the West.

Sin City Fire Kings vs. Berlin Mustaches
Fire King Casino Odds: Sin City -7
The sting is taken out of this game with neither team having anything to play for. Doubt either side shows much.

Clinching scenarios:

- Brownz in with a win.
- Mayors in with a win that has no more then 33 points against and a Brownz loss.

Power Rankings

No changes this week. One last spot up for grabs. Will be changing the power rankings to odds starting first week of the playoffs.

1. Sin City - xy
2. VOS - xy
3. Berlin - x
4. EagleFang - x
5. Rome - x
6. Bulldawgs - x
7. Meme's - x
8. Brownz
9. Fire - z
10. Mayors
11. Hokies - z
12. FGC - z

x = clinched playoffs
y = clinched conference
z = eliminated

I thought I locked in a playoff spot? No matter what 5-10-1 is better than 5-11 isn’t it?
