If this thing is anything like the last recruiting game, there is a lot more going on than what gets thrown out there in the OP. Pretty sure that was one of the standard Ahoda mind fuck games though, so maybe this one is as simple as 3 daimyos trying to vote each other out.

The sooner people realize that everyone is their enemy, the better the game will flow. This is fight to the death between 3 factions. No one but group members have the same agenda. It makes it hard to come up with lynches in this type of game. Like schrauben pointed out, this isnt just a scum hunt, like normal games. This is closer to a royal rumble free for all.

Obviously if it a gangs type game then anyone not associated with you is probably against you. I take it the last gang standing wins, So basically everyone is scum.

That is what I am assuming, but am trying to get a feel for what others think. If that's the case, a day 1 lynch potentially hurts everyone who hasn't yet been recruited unless we lynch a recruiter.
