I'm a human biology major, it'd be quite unfortunate if I hated them

I will probably end up with a minor in biology, with my degree requirements I will only have to take 1 additional class to qualify for a minor so I figure might as well do it.

I've only overdosed on meds once.

Had a hacking cough back when I was like 13-14 or whatever, dad got fed up with it and brought in a bottle of cough syrup. Instead of measuring it he was like "oh just take a swig it's just cough syrup". So I did. Then we read the label and it was some kind of child cough syrup where the regular dosage was one drop a day.

Then I woke up 3 days later.

So yes, that is what's wrong with me, explains a lot, etc etc

Lol

So, I bought this machine from Dell (via a rather impressive Prezzie Day sale)

http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?oc=fddorp12&model_id=inspiron-660&c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19

And the stupid "customer service" was convinced that i couldn't rock dual monitors with the stock chipset. "No, you'll have to have a graphics card for that."

It works fine. Eat a penis, Dell. That aside? Pretty solid machine, you know, for a Dell.

They're always angling for a profit to help their business. That why you go to unaffiliated computer experts to get the best info.

no, totally. it's one thing to pimp out your wares, but it's quite another to basically lie to make your nut. and even though i'm not a hardware expert, i was pretty sure that i was in the right.

the major cool part of the sale was getting a 23' HD flat screen monitor for only 100 bucks more. say what you want about dell? but they really are one of the best in the business when it comes to monitors.

Fair point. I'd be kinda pissed if they straight lied to make me buy something

If you have any nausea, the best thing I can offer is to eat some fresh or pickled ginger. I know home remedies or folk remedies are usually synonymous with "placebos that taste like shit" but ginger is actually just as effective as any anti-emetic. It's the only food I trust to cure me over a chemical.

For the other symptoms, eat a shit ton (pun intended) of fiber to solidify it up a bit

fortunately i haven't had too much of the nausea and vomiting, but i've had a lot of trouble in the intestinal area. everything i eat/drink has been coming through me in like 20 minutes. when i can get myself to eat something i can feel it moving its way all the way through. i actually had the urge to pee earlier and it was wonderful for something to be coming out that way instead, lol. i had a huge salad last night, and well, it just ended up like everything else
