It was 70 degrees and zero clouds yesterday.

There's freezing rain and an inch of snow and building now. Gotta love March and it's bipolar weather

The daily weather cycle here basically goes like this

hot as fuck
hot and windy as fuck
cold as fuck
cold and windy as fuck
rain (only throws this in about twice a year)

atleast for a couple more weeks where the hot and windy as fuck just goes for weeks at a time

We'd been bouncing that cycle mostly on the hot end (if you count 70 in the winter as hot), it gets old. Fking win. 0 redeeming qualities to it. Dries everything out, sandblasts stuff, makes driving on the interstate annoying, throws ish everywhere.

yeah, we got an inch of ice that accumulated on trees and power lines. my power went out Fri morning about 9am. my wife and i laid in the bed and just listened to trees snapping in our back yard. a couple of times it sounded like a shotgun going off. 2 power poles went down not far from my house, and at 11am this morning the power co. wasnt even there to get them out of the road yet

Years ago, the entire town lost power in the little podunk town I live in in Ohio, for a little over a week. We had one gas space heater and the stove. Was an interesting week of the entire family huddling in one room with blankets covering all the doorways. Played a lot of Uno.

Second tire popped this winter by a pothole. The melting and freezing is absolutely demolishing the roads around here. Its basically an obstacle course trying to drive anywhere.
