He got those broken tackles yes, but also tackled for a loss 6 times. That's 1 out of 6 carries tackled for a loss. Also only had a 4.1 yard rushing average. And they lost, so sounds like it was shut down well enough to me.

fine their other back. And they will be those builds doesnt matter if its in the 2nd season which we are in now or the last season they will be and its dumb.

And to argue your point about they are soley built for it thats fine perhaps this is the wrong exception to your rule because wrs in real life all block like lineman anyway. But what happens when you get the team that passes but just uses the trips toss for this power back with 100 speed and he's gone. offense can build multiple ways in this game and the defense can't

I can go on and on about how awful most WR's are at blocking in real life. They aren't all Hines Ward.

And? So what about the Trips toss, Dime Man DE Flats leaves an extra CB who you can custom build your depth chart to be a run stuffer or sub a FS in for it along with the run stopping DE who will break the garbage blocking TE attempt at a block. The RB never Builds up the speed. You can always find a play to anything and find a probably with anything if you wanted to, or find a solution to stop it.

power backs shouldnt be breaking off 80 yard runs through a game with blazing speed is what im saying. They should almost cap us on certain types of builds and player types to help control it. with passing being handicapped (which i like) they just need to tone it down on one build. Usually those that complain are the ones using it. hell make it so you need footwork quick and balance to get any acceleration or change of direction as it would be momentum

They should make balance very important to breaking tackles. That would help alot. As of now, balance doesn't do shit.

Balance does help with maintaining speed with broken tackles or breaking that hard hitting tacklers. It helps stay level and on feet overall, then if you want to use the HB screens it helps them not just fall down when catching. Again just comes down to what do you want your player to be able to do within your scheme.

makes sense why you wouldnt want it changed. your 10.7 ypc must go down as a very realistic stat. ill have to see how many pro backs average over 5 ypc and if one exists ill be even more curious to see if its a power back.

AA's pure passing offense is OP too. Sick of seeing triple coverage catches.

Not a power back but you also need to look at our tier. We play CPU's constantly.

Broken tackles are going to happen. It's all about gameplanning the rest of the team collapses on the ball carrier. The sim will never be exactly like real life, but look at what RBs like Adrian Peterson and Marshawn Lynch and so on would do against opponents that are poor tacklers and don't collapse on the ball with multiple people. And I have been seeing successful Elusive backs as well out there breaking tackles and juking defenders.

Thank you...combo and elusive backs are harder for my teams to tackle.

Bronx has pretty poor tackling skill at the moment. Eraser is pretty much fully fledged out as a tackle breaker. Also fwiw you are going on and on about 100 speed and power, but Eraser only has 30 speed and will never hit 100.

When you really put it all together, Defensive builds will catch up to Eraser. He doesn't have much more to go for full upside in broken tackles.

my rant goes more for the 100/100/100 you just seemed like a fun target

HBs that go 100/100/100 do not get there until sometime in the Pro tier if I remember correctly. That is also with damn near pure focus on those big 3 along with some carry grip... Might want to pluck Dredgars Omni King as a vet example (90 sprint) Viper. Or some other HB up there. Being in the Soph tier (old Seasoned) defenses just are not ready for a crazy high power rushing HB as BHall pointed out. That SOB abused BSBs defense the last time around! Our defense will be fine against him later though. And yes, HB YPC numbers get grossly inflated by player CPU squads (20+ YPC in those games is not difficult to get) and poor defenses (whether builds or play calling). HBs are usually kept in check by quality teams though in later tiers unless a bad play call or two gets destroyed and then it usually has more to do with the HBs speed than power IMO.

48 Reps. GT maxxed at 50. So yeah he's pretty close to max Power Rushing ability.

you can keep saying triple coverage catches over and over like that will make it real, but it doesn't....actually that tactic works well for democrats so....
