Huh? We're in Osprey league, which is brutal competition - why do you think it's "dregs of pro?"

OK, I've thrown the gauntlet down - who can beat Mac's numbers? Anyone?
Mac Google's career numbers = 12,762 yds, 122 TDs
Im more of the believer it takes a good OL to make any HB great and Portlands is about as good as it gets. We rotate three good HB's so neither gets the touches to rank high on the HoF however this is smart as it leads to better quality of runs and diminishes moral hits. i'll let Twerks 10.8 per rush and daily top plays on the home page speak for its self.

Um, yes the team has ranked around 50, but we're talking about just Mac here. And the league we're in has what, 7 of top 26 teams?

Nope - Mac's actually done some of his best work against Tampa and Helmund, try again...

69 yards on 14 carries and 1 fumble is pretty pedestrian. And hel has faced one rushing team this season, you guys. Not much of a proven defense. I mean rocky held mack to a 3.3 avg and they got gashed by queen city. When your facing top teams like DD and putting up big games then you can talk. Ask the top teams in journeyman, Bo and clem are some of the most frustrating backs to play against (excluding Hawaii because they are in a tier of their own) because they can play even the most sturdy run defenses and do this http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/79435/1257304. Only reason bo and clem dont have higher numbers is because Andes is a balanced offense, the play count was 1104 passing and 1131 rushing last season, really hard to get more balanced than that.

Yeah, we could trade highlights and argue the virtues of each back all day, try to put value on opponents and game plans, and still we'll just be subjectively comparing backs that, obviously, are elite.
Oh, and Mac has had big games against Tampa, heck, we've beaten them in past, and the B-Squad is built to run - 7 of top ten pancakers in league - so teams stack the line as they know what we're gonna do - and still can't stop it... What has really helped this season is a few key signings on the OL and a another back (elusive) that is a perfect compliment to Mac. So, while yes, we're "hovering around 50", that is changing and we've started our climb upward and onward.

as much as I hate to admit it, Storm Taurus will be the best RB in GLB starting next season for the next 2 or 3 until a youngin with a better build pops up
