The only way this can remain fair and regain the balance is to do the shuffle next season. There are many teams that are in the same position I am. We went from a 13 cap to uncapped last season. When we learned we would not be shuffled, we recruited higher levels and destroyed chemistry with the trade off that we would probably outlevel teams. If we get put into a shuffled league, we will have low chemistry and not be competitive.

Communicate that next season, EE will be shuffled and deal with it for a season.

why don't bort shuffle based on highest level player on roster so if your highest level is 28 you only play against teams with level 28 or lower but if your highest level player is 40 (even if it is only one player) then you just stuck your whole team with playing against other teams with level 40's including teams that have all level 40's good game enjoy what you just did to your team. either remove your level 40's or go play against level 40's thats my view on this.

Because many teams, like mine, have a wide variety of levels. I'm not going to cut players that have been on my team for two seasons since I purchased it in EEA1. I happen to like that we'd play against the median level with the 25% factored in.

It's not like a team stacked full of level 40s would be a median of 20. Teams stacked with nothing but level 40s should play against teams like themselves.

I would rather play against teams like myself that have the wide variety of levels. In fact, most teams at this level should not be able to afford to stack their roster full of the high high levels. I've read that quite a few times through the forums. I'm sorry that you would wish ill will on a team that has a wide variety of levels.

Besides, Bort's reshuffled the tiers he had planned on last night. A team with all level 35s going up against a team like mine with a variety of levels but the same median as them would actually turn out to be competitive if you think about it. His/her team's backups would be higher than my team's backups.

Yep. Of course if there's no caps, somebody could still recruit to outlevel you by the 20 levels I suppose.

We gained an unexpected promotion (too many CPU above us) but this is our team. We're a group of friends and plan to stay together for a long time. This is our second season and expect to be a competive one like our first.

I GM this team and another team in this tier. I agree with this also.

There is a lot to be said for long term rivalries but I think the spirit of competition is more important.

I am against. I've gotten to know teams in the current tiers above and below, built up rivalries and friendships, and would like to keep those. Shuffling basically removes any of this, especially if it starts happening once a season as some have suggested.
