if stats told us everything then we should have been crushed in last year's semis. there's more to it than stats.

often not kicking FGs is a sign of confidence in your offense's ability to convert. it's not the opponent's fault they stopped you on 4th down

Oh you are totally right in that they did at least stop us on those 4th downs.
But with them NOT going for it, and us going for it...it at least kept the game close.

IT wouldnt have been a blow out by any means, but I do think it would have been a 10 point win, possibly 13 point win.

And whos to say our kicker would make the FG's.

I couldn't figure out what went wrong, just looking at the score. Then I see missed FGs and special team TDs. When you have a 20+ turnover margin you don't expect things like that. All in all, you did a great job out there and smacked us in the mouth. I expect the same next week then a few more Ws on the way to the playoffs, where we'll play you again
