The Athlete only got 2 plays today, but he did burn a Level 35 CB Mike Jae and Level 32 CB Deetron Jenkins of the Kibwezi Choppaholix.

All this thread was about was his speed which I've shown on replays multiple times. I never said he was the best receiver here, all I said was that he's the fastest.
Whether or not I stay here next season, I shall be quiet from now on.

Good luck to those in the playoffs.

Oh and one final FACT:

The Athlete at level 17 has a 48 carrying bar. Higher than quite a few of the WRs in the league. (Before people start posting their WR with a higher carrying bar I did not say The Athlete's is the highest, just that it's higher than quite a few and he's only level 17).

you still didn't burn them.. it only counts if you caught the ball. Also on the second one the ball was deflected

And you talking about being the fastest gives us all a laugh because that's nothing to talk about. Being just fast doesn't mean anything.

I meant for his level.

yeah he is fast for his level but if you take in to account, his catching is bad for his level, same with agility and everything else

OK. Well were they or were they not trailing behind him before the ball was thrown?

His agility is actually past the soft cap, otherwise he wouldn't be able to accelerate past those CBs. Yes his catching is low (30) but I'm sacrificing that for now whilst I get his other attributes up.

Well to me it looked like the WR stopped when he tried to catch the ball.

Pause it before the ball gets to him and then use FF.

It looked like to me that you were covered so well the Qb could only throw the ball 5 yards ahead of you to give you a chance. It's called good coverage.

You are seriously gonna come out and say that trailing behind a WR is good coverage?!

I would say that good coverage is a CB staying over the top of a WR or at least next to him for the entire route. This is what I would call good coverage by your CBs on the other WRs from the same game:

Hey Viscount... Interested in finding homes for any of your level 10-13 players for next season? I could use your SS and DT (and possibly a few others) on a new team next season. LMK if you'd be interested.

Sorry but most of them are committed to teams for next season and the rest will be signed to my team to just train for an entire season and join a capped league in season 7.

The 1st play was a cover 4, I want the offense to check down.
The 2nd play is great coverage, the CB is on the WR hip. If the pass is on target it deflected or worst. Any CB can be beat by a great catch, or even better throw but the WR's were covered. The score reflects that. A half of step lead doesn't mean a CB is beat. It's not a race, the ball still has to get there.
