I feel a bit shafted on not moving above Eagles tonight after our win. But whatever. Always hilarious to play the Sharks as a run team.

Didnt check, but maybe all the wrong playcalls for all the wrong builds? A 15-8 team should be able to contain a team two tiers lower. Or at least score on them.

Well we scouted them and found some weaknesses in their defense that we figured we could exploit. Ended up working out. The pleasant surprise was how awesome the defense played. Similar to the Hawaii game they were pretty much lights out.

Their playcalling/builds weren't nearly as strong as the previous Pro team we faced, so we were able to take advantage.

defiantly a good win no doubt. but logically a team two tiers above really shouldnt be able to lose against a team two tiers below them. that is like a high school team playing a semi pro team or nfl practice squad.

They also lost to Columbus and Jameis by 4 points each.

True, that one score is probably misleading. It does seem like they're a notch below Storms, even if that only means 1 ladder spot in an empty tier.

not too surprised you didnt. Same record and we lost to a team 1 place behind. With sharks pretty far behind in the ladder, we wouldnt have lost too much ELO and oyu wouldnt have gained much.

The Stunners frequently beat teams two tiers above them when they were working their way up.

Easier when the run game was so powerful back then.

Not really all that different than that pass game today.
Besides, at this point, with refined builds and specific team concepts, probably not too out of the norm for top lower tier teams to beat up mediocre (or worse) jman or pro teams.
