Well I'm not sure what the final answer is when it comes to being able to pass the ball without throwing a ton of interceptions.
It seems like most teams are completing a good percentage of their passes. 11 of the 12 teams completed over 60% which seems like a decent number, yet only 4 teams had more touchdown passes than interceptions. I also understand that a lot of those passes go to the backs which elevates the completion percentage.
Would I like to see downfield passing be a little easier? Sure, but I would rather see more deflected incomplete passes rather than the elevated interceptions. Maybe a slight nerf to Ball Hawk. Make it a .5% bonus instead of 1%? I really doubt any actual game mechanics will ever be adjusted at this point.
I still think something was/is up with the sim mechanics, but I know part of the Grizzlies struggles was my fault. Tried different QB tactics for a couple of scrims and forgot to set them back.
