Are you talking about in general for a function offense? Or for one with lots of lobs over the top and receivers running underneath?
Because I don't think we're disagreeing with each other. I'd also say lower speed needs more pass power for higher completion percentage. But if you have higher pass power for lower speed receivers, you aren't going to see any lobs.
