Can't see the builds, but the Combine as reference, the "bad" CB has better Quickness/Sprinting than the "good" CB.

The mystery remains.

I dunno it would seem a ton of people have build issues then from the games I just ran. I guess I am unsure what exactly their issues are but they don't stand a chance in the middle of this season if this is how it is.

OaI also should stay on for 2 seconds at 3* but it flickers on and off. Rarely staying on for longer than a second.

Probably because the passed ball needs to be "near deflection range" and no other defenders can be within 4 yards. I doubt the ball is within that range for more than a second.

probably the problem. I suspect C-dog's recent changes didn't do anything complicated like add quickness to the ability to turn and maintain speed on this particular CB move. It's probably purely a footwork move. Guys with 30-40 footwork are probably way worse at this than guys with 50-60 footwork right now.

It's kind of like real life (a dangerous thing with GLB) ... Your technique can be great, but if you aren't fast and quick enough, you'll never see the field. This situation isn't much different. It means that CBs are going to have to work more on certain physical attributes.

Well, yeah, when a change happens that makes a skill matter that previously didn't matter that much, the "good" builds that neglected it won't be good builds any more.

That said, I'm still not entirely sure what the determining factor is. Watching Dookie's games, and almost every time I see a CB get tripped up, I know who it is before checking the name.

I know what it should be, but there's apparently some sweet spot ratio rather than "add more". I'll see how it's going tomorrow and make more tweaks if needed.

It shouldn't go off an on with no other players around; every other special ability (like Power Through) activates then stays on for the described length of time then goes off.
