Smokehouse is pretty good for a change of pace.

Yeah I have been to every BBQ joint in KC or around KC. Those are two solid choices and would say the Original Arthur Bryants is definitely in my two or three. In fact I'd say OK Joe's, Original Arthur Bryants and LC's are pretty much interchangeable. Though overall, I think OK Joe's is the best. Each do something better than the other, but overall OK Joe's imo. Though I'm a burnt ends fan and LC's is the best and it ain't even close. Plus how can you not love that part of town!?

WL sims so late in the day that I'll be at Ultimate, baseball, beach volleyball, or having beers on the patio after work by the time the game sims.

Hurry up and demote me so that my sims start at a reasonable time and I can watch them during my lunch break at work.

ugh wtf just realized what time these games sim, c'mon man this is GLB not monday night football smh

That's a pretty good ratio.

Also, nobody seems to have pointed out that Brisket is the Bacon of beef.

I think that might help bring the various sides together.

Playing devil's advocate here....

Edit: on the plus side (or minus depending on how big your head is), it did NOT originate in Texas.

Bacon will never be anything more than a side dish/condiment/garnish.

Bacon may make an entree or a meal better but it can never stand alone. For that it is weak and inferior.
