Updated for week 8. Holy 4-3 teams Batman.

The weird thing is that there are still plenty of questions about whether Paris is legit. 4 INTs, including 2 pick-6s, 3 TDs because of goalline rQB defense fails, and a KR TD to start the game. Not Alpine's best game at all, but just a weird combination of crappy scores that added up. Then, take into account how Paris got their asses kicked in the GLB tourney later that evening. Questions are still there. They're a good team, and probably top 10 in the game. But I don't see them making it past the 2nd round in the playoffs in Zeta.

The Pick 6s, Kick return TD, and Qb rushes will always be there. Thats the other teams job to stop those and prevent them. As for the GLB tourney. Ofcourse the same tactics we ran vs alpine were what was used but either way it was a shocker. Figured we would win no matter what tactics we had in there. So either they are a good pro team or they scouted our game vs alpine and adjusted accordingly.

edit: fwiw it was 2 TDs by rushing QB, not 3. And we coughed up 2 fumbles..

yah, a fumble forcing LB with 15 FFs in the past two seasons forcing a fumble is hard to imagine happening. The point is that Paris had 6 TDs on RNG/preventable plays. It's a good team, but you aren't going to get those all the time. You guys seem to be taking everybody questioning you as a lack of respect or something. There's no shame in being viewed as a top 10 team, but I think you want people to bow to you as the unquestioned best team in Zeta, and you just aren't.

alpine should just spam the rQB out of GL for the rest of the ssn. seems to be working well for a few teams vs zerocares defense

I don't feel disrespected at all. I have no idea where Paris stand's in the big picture. I was just messing with you about the "crappy score". My guy fumbled because that's what happened, IMO same with the pick 6's and QB runs.
