If I can get that HB coverage to work, otherwise people are going to keep scoring on me until the repeat play penalty builds up high enough to shut the play down.

I would pay Bort $1000 to make it to where no one play can be called more then 5x a game max...after that it should be just pure fail

It may not happen in the NFL, but in high school and college coaches will go back to plays that are successful. Maybe not the exact play 10 times, but nearly identical duplicates... maybe run out of the SI instead of I, or shotgun instead of single back.

i'd only support something like this if it was designed to punish a team for exploiting bugs...otherwise, if you can't stop a play, too bad
